The outburst that occured at FAU where a female student lost control and violently threatened her professor and classmates could have easily been stopped if it weren't for everyone recording her with their camera phones. It only gave her the attention that she was seeking and was used as a source of prevoction, which only led the situation to excel. If the students would have left as soon as the threatening began, then the outburst wouldn't have escalated as far as it did. Knowing that her outburst was in response to the Trayvon Martin case was a bit confusing seeing as the way she handled it.. If her reaction was to racism and giving African Americans a bad look, obnoxious youtube videos are not helping the situation in anyway.
She knew they were going to put it on Youtube, she asked them to post it. Many people never think before they post things on the internet and do not realize what could be the outcomes of these actions. As well as Facebook, Twitter, and many other social networks that post about trending topics that occur. Once something is posted on the internet, it is there forever. Beware of what you post.

Well, we showed this in our presentation to the class but in regards to the FAU situation, it's a shame to see something like that. Instead of other students taking action to stop her, they just sat back and filmed it instead. Also, unless the girl in the video has powers, I am pretty sure they students in class would have been able to control if they would have come together.
